What Youll Do
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ER setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate effective patient care
- Educate patients and significant others regarding treatment plans and health management
- Document patient care accurately and promptly in medical records
- Assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate ER environment
What You Need
- Valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of ER nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shift with flexibility for schedule needs
