What You'll Do:- Provide direct patient care within the Emergency Room setting, following nursing standards and protocols
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity
- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and other team members to coordinate effective treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in medical records
- Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care needs
- Utilize critical thinking and assessment skills in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a safe and clean care environment, adhering to hospital policies
What You Need:Required:- Valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred:- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced ER setting
