What Youll Do:- Perform thorough assessments of ER patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and significant others on treatment plans and health management
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols within the ER environment
What You Need:- Valid Oregon RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
