What Youll Do- Monitor and provide high-quality care for critically ill patients in a 20-bed unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Conduct patient assessments and communicate findings to physicians
- Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic health records
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in accordance with hospital policies
- Adhere to dress code of personal scrubs of any color
What You Need- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS/BON certification
- At least 2 years of critical care experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to unit protocols
