What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing services in a 20-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:2
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting vital signs and responses
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
What You Need
Required:- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent critical care experience
Preferred:- Experience with adult ICU or step-down units
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
