What Youll Do
- Provide nursing care, education, and supervision for patients in their homes
- Promote, maintain, and restore health, and support rehabilitation efforts
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate patient care
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
- Document clinical assessments and care delivered in compliance with policies
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking in a variety of settings
- Manage time effectively, communicate clearly, and demonstrate emotional stability
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts RN license (or eligible)
- Must possess BLS certification; DEA preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive in various weather conditions
- Willingness to be flexible with hours and accept on-call responsibilities
- Experience in community or home health preferred
