HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: ***/hr

Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

- Patient Types: Med Surg, All surgical cases except ortho and spine
- Patient Ratios: 1:4/5 (days); 1:5/6 (nights)
- Bed Size: 46
- Scrubs: Black or Blue
- Drips: amiodarone, dilitiazem, heparin, dobutamine, milrinone
- Traveler will be required to float across Med Surg units throughout St. Luke's Hospital

- At least 24 months of Stepdown, Progressive Care or Med Surg/Medical Surgical experience [required]
- First time travelers welcome!
- EPIC electronic medical systems experience [required]
- Experience with drips: amiodarone, dilitiazem, heparin, dobutamine, milrinone [required]
- Equipment experience with: chest tubes, JP drain, 3 way foley, NG [required]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current medical surgical experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (medical surgical) [required]
- Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] [document]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]

- AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS [required]
