What You’ll Do

• Assess patient needs before and during surgical procedures while maintaining patient safety
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for surgical patients in the CVOR
• Assist with surgical setup, equipment assembly, and coordination of room activity
• Support anesthesia staff and monitor sterile fields during procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physician teams, and hospital staff
• Provide leadership within the OR team and participate in ongoing staff development

What You Need

• Valid active RN license in Michigan
• BLS certification required
• Prior CVOR or cardiovascular OR experience preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to focus on patient safety and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
