Local Radius rule: No locals -- All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on driver's license)

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR: EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum --- In order for CB to apply, the RN must have clocked out, and left the premises, and THEN called back in. If they remain on shift, it counts as overage hours towards OT where applicable
• On Call: ***/hr
• Charge/Precept: ***/hr

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Orientation schedule: 11/2, 11/16
