What Youll Do:- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning needs
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and wound care, monitor patient status, and manage therapeutic equipment
- Assist with activities of daily living and fall risk management
- Support medical procedures and provide patient education on health conditions and wellness
- Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment
What You Need:- Current Oregon RN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health or psychiatric care
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient care needs
