What Youll Do- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
- Monitor patient safety, assess needs, and document findings accurately
- Assist in managing crises and de-escalation as needed
- Educate patients and families about treatment and discharge plans
- Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
- Support staff and demonstrate leadership, potentially serving as charge nurse
What You Need- Valid Michigan RN license
- BLS certification required; CPI or additional behavioral health certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient or behavioral health nursing experience
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
