What You’ll Do:
  • Assess patients’ psychosocial, physical, and cultural needs
  • Develop and execute individualized care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
  • Monitor patient progress and document interventions accurately in electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
  • Support patient safety through fall risk management and safe handling techniques
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance
  • Provide crisis intervention and respond effectively to emergency situations

What You Need:
  • Valid Oregon RN license
  • BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
