What Youll Do:- Assess patients psychosocial, physical, and cultural needs
- Develop and execute individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Monitor patient progress and document interventions accurately in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
- Support patient safety through fall risk management and safe handling techniques
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance
- Provide crisis intervention and respond effectively to emergency situations
What You Need:- Valid Oregon RN license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
