What Youll Do
- Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Help patients with stretching, exercises, and mobility techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
- Transport patients using wheelchairs or walkers as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to modify treatment strategies
- Complete administrative duties such as appointment scheduling and documentation
- Support patient education on at-home techniques to enhance recovery
What You Need
Required:- Valid Missouri Physical Therapist Assistant license
- BLS certification
- Prior experience assisting in rehab settings
Preferred:- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including elderly and individuals with mobility challenges
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
