What You’ll Do:
  • Assist patients with rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist
  • Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
  • Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments to treatment plans with supervising therapists
  • Document patient information in electronic health records accurately and timely
  • Support and supervise students when required
  • Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and trainings
  • Support patient discharge planning and provide consultation to patients and families

What You Need:
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Massachusetts
  • Experience working under supervision of a Physical Therapist
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Commitment to providing quality patient care
