What Youll Do:- Assist patients with rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist
- Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
- Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments to treatment plans with supervising therapists
- Document patient information in electronic health records accurately and timely
- Support and supervise students when required
- Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and trainings
- Support patient discharge planning and provide consultation to patients and families
What You Need:- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Massachusetts
- Experience working under supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Commitment to providing quality patient care
