What Youll Do
- Provide skilled, rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device management
- Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Document treatment and patient responses accurately in electronic health records
- Participate in patient care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Comply with all regulatory and clinical practice requirements, including APTA standards and state licensure
What You Need
- Active Oklahoma State Licensure as a PTA
- CPR certification (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Commitment to providing quality patient care
