What Youll Do:- Support physical therapy interventions under supervision of a licensed PT
- Administer rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments
- Assist with patient assessments and monitor progress
- Implement therapy plans including manual techniques, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
- Document patient care and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients families
- Support senior staff in discharge planning and documentation process
- Supervise and support student therapists when applicable
What You Need:- Oklahoma State License (or active license in process)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Prior experience in LTC preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
