What You’ll Do:
  • Support physical therapy interventions under supervision of a licensed PT
  • Administer rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments
  • Assist with patient assessments and monitor progress
  • Implement therapy plans including manual techniques, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
  • Document patient care and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and patients’ families
  • Support senior staff in discharge planning and documentation process
  • Supervise and support student therapists when applicable

What You Need:
  • Oklahoma State License (or active license in process)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Prior experience in LTC preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
