What Youll Do
- Utilize evidence-based clinical interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Administer rehabilitative treatments such as manual techniques, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises
- Use supportive and assistive devices to aid patient recovery
- Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapist
- Document all treatment activities accurately in electronic health records
- Provide education, counseling, and support to patients and their families
- Support the rehabilitation team through participation in meetings and training
What You Need
Required:- Active State Licensure for Physical Therapist Assistant
- Prior experience with rehabilitative procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:- Experience working in long-term care settings
- Knowledge of supportive and therapeutic modalities
