What Youll Do
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and pediatric patients
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, including modalities like Estim and USD (device-specific training to be provided)
- Manage musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and balance impairments
- Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and injury prevention strategies
- Work collaboratively within the facility to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
- Licensure in New Hampshire as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient rehab experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neuro, and balance therapy
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
