What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate residents’ posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and independence
  • Help residents with daily tasks such as standing, walking, or climbing stairs
  • Lead and guide the delivery of physical therapy services within the facility
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid, unrestricted license in your therapy discipline in Missouri
  • Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and procedures
  • Valid driver’s license in Missouri

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in long-term care settings
  • Strong assessment and patient engagement skills
