What Youll Do
- Evaluate residents posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength
- Develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and independence
- Help residents with daily tasks such as standing, walking, or climbing stairs
- Lead and guide the delivery of physical therapy services within the facility
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:- Valid, unrestricted license in your therapy discipline in Missouri
- Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and procedures
- Valid drivers license in Missouri
Preferred:- Previous experience in long-term care settings
- Strong assessment and patient engagement skills
