Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95

What Youll Do- Evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and develop individualized care plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, wound care, and assistive devices
- Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and provide education to patients and families
- Complete clinical documentation and discharge summaries following all regulatory standards
- Support and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students as applicable
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions
What You Need- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Prior experience in long-term care or outpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
