Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, wound care, and assistive devices
  • Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and provide education to patients and families
  • Complete clinical documentation and discharge summaries following all regulatory standards
  • Support and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students as applicable
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions

What You Need
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
  • Prior experience in long-term care or outpatient rehabilitation preferred
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
