Physical Therapist – Long Term Care (LTC) Days | Oregon, MO

What You’ll Do:
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders in a Long Term Care setting
  • Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual techniques, exercises, modalities, and wound care
  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, patients, and families
  • Document all services accurately in electronic records
  • Support supervision of rehabilitation aides and students as needed
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development


What You Need:
  • Valid Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
  • 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adhere to all regulatory and clinical practice standards
