What You’ll Do:
  • Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Administer procedures such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support.
  • Monitor patient progress, modify treatments, and evaluate outcomes effectively.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Document all services accurately in electronic medical records and communicate regularly with the healthcare team.
  • Support supervision of physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and required training sessions.

What You Need:
  • Valid Physical Therapist license for Oklahoma
  • Prior experience in long-term care is a plus
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Adherence to APTA and state practice acts, ethics, and practice standards
