What Youll Do:- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
- Administer procedures such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support.
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatments, and evaluate outcomes effectively.
- Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Document all services accurately in electronic medical records and communicate regularly with the healthcare team.
- Support supervision of physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and required training sessions.
What You Need:- Valid Physical Therapist license for Oklahoma
- Prior experience in long-term care is a plus
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Adherence to APTA and state practice acts, ethics, and practice standards
