Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What Youll Do- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under supervision
- Implement therapy plans including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Document all treatments accurately in electronic health records, complying with regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education sessions
What You Need- Active State Occupational Therapy Assistant license/registration
- NBCOT certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1+ years of experience in long-term care or related environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to NBCOT / AOTA standards and ethical practices
