What You’ll Do
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with cognitive and/or physical impairments
  • Support patient progress through activities like ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
  • Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapists to assess and modify treatment plans
  • Document all treatments and patient responses accurately in electronic medical records
  • Communicate progress and any barriers to the healthcare team and patients’ families
  • Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous education
  • Adhere to professional ethics and state practice acts

What You Need
  • Active State Licensure/Registration
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
