Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86/hour

What Youll Do- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with cognitive and/or physical impairments
- Support patient progress through activities like ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
- Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapists to assess and modify treatment plans
- Document all treatments and patient responses accurately in electronic medical records
- Communicate progress and any barriers to the healthcare team and patients families
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous education
- Adhere to professional ethics and state practice acts
What You Need- Active State Licensure/Registration
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
