What Youll Do- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing therapy plans to improve patient mobility and independence
- Help patients perform exercises and therapeutic activities
- Monitor and document patients progress accurately
- Encourage and motivate patients through recovery processes
- Support patients with disabilities in gaining self-care skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
What You Need- Valid State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience in long-term care or inpatient settings preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
