What You’ll Do
  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing therapy plans to improve patient mobility and independence
  • Help patients perform exercises and therapeutic activities
  • Monitor and document patients’ progress accurately
  • Encourage and motivate patients through recovery processes
  • Support patients with disabilities in gaining self-care skills
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs

What You Need
  • Valid State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Prior experience in long-term care or inpatient settings preferred
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
