What You’ll Do
  • Support clinical interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Implement rehabilitative activities including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and assistive device use
  • Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Therapist
  • Document all treatments and patient responses accurately in electronic health records
  • Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and training sessions
  • Support and supervise students as assigned
  • Assist with obtaining necessary supplies and equipment
  • Adhere to professional practice acts, ethics, and company policies
What You Need
Required:
  • Active State Licensure/Registration
  • Prior experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical procedures

Preferred:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
