What You’ll Do
  • Support clinical interventions by providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments under supervision
  • Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Document all care activities accurately in electronic records per regulatory standards
  • Communicate patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Support patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers with education and resources
  • Participate in required meetings, trainings, and conferences
  • Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist
  • Ensure adherence to NBCOT / AOTA and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct standards

What You Need
  • Active State Licensure/Registration (if applicable)
  • Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support staff
