What Youll Do- Support clinical interventions by providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments under supervision
- Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising Occupational Therapist
- Document all care activities accurately in electronic records per regulatory standards
- Communicate patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Support patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers with education and resources
- Participate in required meetings, trainings, and conferences
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist
- Ensure adherence to NBCOT / AOTA and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct standards
What You Need- Active State Licensure/Registration (if applicable)
- Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support staff
