What Youll Do
- Support clinical interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatments for patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders
- Administer interventions including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and device support
- Assess patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising therapist
- Document all treatments accurately according to regulatory and clinical standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
- Support patient discharge planning and provide consultation as needed
- Assist in supervising students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Participate in facility team meetings, trainings, and in-services
What You Need
Required:- Active Oklahoma State OTA License
- BLS or CPR certification
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:- Experience in long-term care settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
