What Youll Do- Support patients with rehabilitative and skilled treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
- Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Document all clinical interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding cognitive and physical functions
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and scheduled facility reviews
- Support the supervision of students and maintain compliance with practice acts and ethical standards
What You Need- Active state licensure/registration for Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- Prior experience working with older adults in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
