Pay & Benefits:- Pay rate: $59.35/hr

What Youll Do:- Evaluate patients physical, neurological, respiratory, cardiovascular, developmental, social, and cognitive functions using formal and informal assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data, patient tolerance, and therapy goals.
- Document and update treatment plans in coordination with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises and modalities to improve patient function.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, prognosis, and safety measures.
- Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as per standards and policies.
- Contribute to team meetings and support continuous quality improvement.
What You Need:- Valid Michigan Occupational Therapy License or be eligible for licensure in Michigan.
- Relevant outpatient experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with patients and staff.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
