What You'll Do
  • Conduct patient screenings and evaluations for cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory standards
  • Administer rehabilitative and skilled treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
  • Monitor patient progress, modify treatments as needed, and document outcomes
  • Provide consultation to patients, families, and care teams regarding treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in electronic health records
  • Participate in patient care conferences, meetings, and trainings
  • Supervise and support OT assistants, rehab aides, and students as applicable
What You Need
  • Valid occupational therapy license in Oklahoma
  • NBCOT certification
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities
  • Strong clinical skills in cognitive and ADL therapy
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to adhere to professional standards and practice acts
