What Youll Do
- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL-related physical functioning disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards
- Conduct rehabilitative treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatments to optimize outcomes
- Document all services accurately in electronic records and maintain patient records compliant with policies
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
- Provide consultation and education to patients and their support networks
- Support supervision of occupational therapist assistants and students as needed
- Participate in required meetings and ongoing training sessions
What You Need
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma or eligible state
- Relevant clinical experience in long-term care setting preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to support and supervise other staff members
