What You’ll Do

• Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer rehabilitative treatments such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members and provide patient/family counseling
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and stay compliant with practice standards

What You Need
Required:

• State Occupational Therapist license
• NBCOT certification (preferred)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (LTC or outpatient)
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Preferred:

• Experience supervising aides, students, or assistants
• Knowledge of current regulatory and clinical standards in occupational therapy
