What Youll Do
- Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop and implement personalized care plans following clinical and regulatory standards
- Administer rehabilitative treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes
- Provide patient, family, and caregiver education on treatment plans
- Document all services and compliance information accurately in electronic records
- Participate in meetings such as patient care conferences and team updates
- Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, or students when needed
What You Need
- Valid Missouri Occupational Therapist license and NBCOT certification
- Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow regulatory guidelines and maintain detailed documentation
