What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate patients’ cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory standards
  • Administer treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
  • Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
  • Coordinate care with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
  • Complete comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate patient records
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings
  • Supervise occupational therapy assistants, rehab aides, or students as needed
What You Need
  • Valid occupational therapy license in Texas
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant clinical experience
  • Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for ADL and cognitive disorders
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to uphold all regulatory and ethical standards
