What Youll Do
- Evaluate patients cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory standards
- Administer treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
- Complete comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings
- Supervise occupational therapy assistants, rehab aides, or students as needed
What You Need
- Valid occupational therapy license in Texas
- NBCOT certification preferred
- 1+ years of relevant clinical experience
- Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for ADL and cognitive disorders
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to uphold all regulatory and ethical standards
