What You’ll Do
  • Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following clinical standards
  • Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary therapies, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
  • Document clinical interventions and patient outcomes in electronic health records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families
  • Support supervision of OT assistants, aides, and students as needed

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid occupational therapist license
  • Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and evidence-based practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and patients

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in long-term care settings
  • Experience supervising support staff and students
