What Youll Do
- Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following clinical standards
- Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary therapies, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document clinical interventions and patient outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families
- Support supervision of OT assistants, aides, and students as needed
What You Need
Required:- Valid occupational therapist license
- Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and evidence-based practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and patients
Preferred:- Prior experience in long-term care settings
- Experience supervising support staff and students
