Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver basic nursing and restorative care per facility policies and procedures under supervision
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, including range of motion exercises
  • Aid residents with nutritional needs, including feeding and hydration
  • Ensure resident safety, react appropriately in emergency situations, and participate in fire drills
  • Follow Resident Care Plans and maintain confidentiality and privacy standards
  • Utilize infection control techniques at all times
  • Respect residents' spiritual and cultural beliefs and encourage participation in their care

What You Need
  • Valid CNA license in New Hampshire
  • Prior LTC experience preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule
  • Strong communication and compassion skills
  • Commitment to resident safety and dignity
