What Youll Do- Deliver basic nursing and restorative care per facility policies and procedures under supervision
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, including range of motion exercises
- Aid residents with nutritional needs, including feeding and hydration
- Ensure resident safety, react appropriately in emergency situations, and participate in fire drills
- Follow Resident Care Plans and maintain confidentiality and privacy standards
- Utilize infection control techniques at all times
- Respect residents' spiritual and cultural beliefs and encourage participation in their care
What You Need- Valid CNA license in New Hampshire
- Prior LTC experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule
- Strong communication and compassion skills
- Commitment to resident safety and dignity
