Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $28.14
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:

• Provide basic nursing and restorative care under supervision of LPNs and RNs
• Attend reporting before shifts to communicate resident updates
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Support residents with ambulation, movement, and transfer
• Aid with nutrition, hydration, and bathroom needs
• Support safe environment by reacting to emergencies and ensuring resident safety
• Follow Resident Care Plans, maintaining confidentiality and privacy
• Utilize infection control procedures and respect residents' spiritual beliefs
• Encourage resident participation in care appropriate to their capabilities

What You Need:

• Valid LNA license in NH
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work scheduled evenings, including potential holiday shifts
