What Youll Do:
- Provide basic nursing care, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing assistance
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Assist residents with nutrition, hydration, toileting, and waste management
- Observe and report significant resident conditions and environmental issues during handoff reports
- Follow facility protocols for infection control and resident safety
- Respect residents privacy, confidentiality, and spiritual beliefs
- Respond appropriately to emergencies such as falls or wandering residents
What You Need:
- Required: CNA certification; Covid vaccination series (no declinations/exemptions)
- Preferred: Previous experience in long-term care settings
- Key Skills: Compassion, attention to detail, good communication, ability to work as part of a team
