What You’ll Do
  • Deliver basic nursing and restorative care under supervision of LPNs and RNs
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Support residents with ambulation, mobility, and transfer activities
  • Provide nutritional support, feeding, and hydration assistance
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring resident safety and security
  • Follow Resident Care Plans and maintain resident confidentiality and rights
  • Practice infection control and respect residents’ spiritual and personal preferences
  • Observe and report significant changes or concerns to licensed staff

What You Need
  • Valid CNA certification in New Hampshire
  • Previous CNA or long-term care experience preferred
  • Ability to work days and holidays, including Labor Day if scheduled
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a supportive team environment
