What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents conditions and document observations
- Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring dignity and respect
What You Need
Required:- Active Michigan LPN license
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred:- Experience with elderly care and chronic health conditions
- Flexibility with scheduling
