What Youll Do:
- Observe residents continuously, noting changes in mental and physical health
- Accurately transcribe and carry out physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments, documenting via electronic systems
- Supervise and assist Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in resident care
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor and maintain infection control practices and unit safety
- Communicate regularly with residents families and team members
- Manage medication storage, documentation, and controlled substance counts
- Support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing education
What You Need:
Required:- NH Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:- Experience supervising LNAs
- Knowledge of electronic health records and medication management
