What You’ll Do
  • Monitor residents continuously for changes in mental and physical health
  • Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
  • Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and assist with resident care
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team during rounds and discussions
  • Perform wound care, manage oxygen and feeding procedures
  • Complete detailed documentation in electronic systems
  • Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Ensure infection control and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with residents’ families and team members
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN/LVN/LPN license in NH
  • Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:
  • Experience supervising or mentoring staff
  • Knowledge of wound care and medication management
