What You’ll Do
  • Monitor residents’ mental and physical well-being and report changes
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and document properly
  • Supervise and assist nursing assistants with resident care
  • Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders
  • Assist with wound care, oxygen administration, and other treatments
  • Support resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Communicate effectively with residents’ families and team members
  • Maintain infection control and safety practices
  • Follow facility policies and state regulations on medication and documentation
  • Support unit management during your shift and participate in staff meetings
What You Need
  • NH Registered LVN/LPN license
  • Minimum of 1-year LTC or long-term care experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Reliable transportation due to rural location
