What Youll Do
- Monitor residents mental and physical well-being and report changes
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document properly
- Supervise and assist nursing assistants with resident care
- Receive, transcribe, and implement physicians orders
- Assist with wound care, oxygen administration, and other treatments
- Support resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate effectively with residents families and team members
- Maintain infection control and safety practices
- Follow facility policies and state regulations on medication and documentation
- Support unit management during your shift and participate in staff meetings
What You Need
- NH Registered LVN/LPN license
- Minimum of 1-year LTC or long-term care experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable transportation due to rural location
