What Youll Do:
- Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across disciplines
- Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently
- Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by management
- Assist in developing and implementing new clinical initiatives
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and conduct chart audits
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and uphold quality care
What You Need:
Required:- Valid license and certification in rehabilitation or related field
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in rehab or therapy settings
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance standards
Preferred:- Experience in a hospital or facility setting
- Ability to lead teams and implement new programs
