What Youll Do

- Monitor compliance with policies, documentation standards, and chart audits
- Oversee documentation completion and staff adherence to policies
- Collaborate with management to meet rehab goals and maintain high-quality care

- Valid licensure and certifications in relevant rehabilitation disciplines
- Prior leadership and supervisory experience in a rehab environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
