What You’ll Do

  • Lead and participate in facility meetings and strategic planning
  • Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with policies, documentation standards, and chart audits
  • Oversee documentation completion and staff adherence to policies
  • Collaborate with management to meet rehab goals and maintain high-quality care
What You Need
  • Valid licensure and certifications in relevant rehabilitation disciplines
  • Prior leadership and supervisory experience in a rehab environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to promote team collaboration and uphold compliance standards
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
