What Youll Do
- Perform complex and specialized clinical laboratory tests, including blood Bank procedures
- Monitor quality assurance programs and ensure cost-effective testing practices
- Prepare and analyze specimens for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
- Ensure compliance with department protocols, safety, and quality standards
- Communicate technical information clearly to medical and paramedical staff
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve broad scope procedure problems
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and quality control activities
What You Need
- State license/certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- Proven proficiency in blood bank testing and high-complexity laboratory procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety and quality protocols
- Prior experience performing complex tests preferred
