Temporary HR Administrative Recruiter

Location: Vero Beach, FL (Onsite, Monday-Friday)

Duration: Minimum 90-day temporary assignment

Pay Rate: Approximately $22-$24/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a Temporary HR Administrative Recruiter to provide hands-on support for recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, compliance audits, and general HR operations. This position is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to gain broad exposure to human resources in a fast-paced manufacturing and seasonal hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens and resume reviews for hourly positions.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling.
• Prepare onboarding packets and assist with new hire documentation.
• Upload and maintain employee records within Paycom and HRIS systems.
• Support ongoing I-9, 401(k), and personnel file audits.
• Assist with timecard administration and routine HR transactions.
• Submit termination paperwork for approval.
• Answer and route employee questions to appropriate HR team members.
• Provide general administrative support, filing, document management, and phone coverage.
• Assist with high-volume seasonal recruiting as hiring demands increase.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR processes, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
