Temporary Registered Dental Hygienist

Drum Hill Dental is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team in a patient-focused practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care.
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hygiene appointments are scheduled for 1-hour appointment times Monday through Thursday, allowing ample time to provide high-quality patient care and education.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed
- Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately
- Take digital radiographs and maintain patient records
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for patient care and education
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with digital charting and radiography preferred
