Job Description Summary:
Leasing Office Operations
AI Assistant & Technology Support
Assist in managing and coordinating AI assistant tools used for leasing inquiries, scheduling, and operational workflows.
Monitor AI assistant interactions and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate staff when needed.
Help maintain and update knowledge bases, prompts, and automated responses for AI tools.
Support workflow automation initiatives designed to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
Track AI assistant performance and generate reports to support business intelligence and operational improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrated knowledge or experience in two or more of the following administrative functions:
One to two years of relevant administrative, leasing, or office management experience preferred:
reporting/recordkeeping
leasing or property administration
Demonstrated knowledge and competence in the use of Microsoft software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, web and email applications
Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, or AI-assisted workflow tools is a plus
Interest in learning and supporting AI-enabled tools for customer service and administrative operations
